What is Bible
dictionary?-A Bible dictionary is an alphabetical arrangement of words that are
drawn from the Bible, produced specifically to be use with Bible study. They
provide understanding about the use of these words as they were used originally
in the Bible, because as you may be aware the original use of the word may
change as they pass through time and cultures. Generally speaking, a good Bible dictionaries will help you understand the
biblical meaning and use of words. They go
further because they will also provide you with etymologies, and
other information about the words that you will find very
helpful to understanding the Gospel. Personally speaking,
I have even found good Bible dictionaries very helpful in my study of
histories.
